Cookie policy

In short. vucia.ai does not use profiling or advertising cookies, nor any analytics tool that uses cookies: we count visits anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies and without storing anything on your device, using the tool of the provider that hosts the site. It only stores a few technical items in your browser that the site and the assistant need to work. That is why we do not ask for consent with a banner.
What we store in your browser
We do not use cookies in the strict sense. We use browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which the rules treat like cookies:

All of them are technical: they serve the service you asked for and are never used to recognise you on other sites or for advertising.
Content loaded from other servers
To show the 3D character and run the voice, the site loads some software libraries from public repositories (CDNs). As with any web page, these servers receive your device’s IP address in order to send you the files. They do not set cookies.
When you write to the assistant or start a call, messages and voice are processed by our technical providers to generate the answers. All details are in the Privacy policy.
If we add other tools in the future
Before using third-party analytics or marketing cookies we will ask for your consent with a banner, with a one-click option to refuse, and we will update this page.
How to delete this data
You can delete it at any time from your browser settings (“Clear site data” or “Cookies and site data”). The site keeps working and the assistant starts from scratch.
